The Jags are allowing the ninth-most fantasy points to WRs, so we say Pittman will continue his streak of excellence. Hilton head plays, he's an attractive flex consideration. See CeeDee Lamb. See Justin Jefferson. Julio didn't smash against the Rams, but the game script was nothing like we all expected.
Ryan Tannehill and the Titans weren't forced to push the ball downfield, so none of their pass-catchers had strong days. We did see some positive things from Julio, though. He looked healthy and played from start to finish -- things we haven't been able to say about him up to this point. New Orleans has one of the strongest rushing defenses in the league, but their secondary has been picked apart in each game since Week 1.
They are ranked as the fourth-worst defense against fantasy WRs, and this game should call for Tennessee to lean on their passing attack. After a slow start to the season, Woods has caught at least six passes or scored a touchdown in each of his last five outings. He's still playing second-fiddle to Cooper Kupp, but his upside is strong enough to keep him in the WR2 conversation. Despite how bad the 49ers have looked in recent weeks, they have limited WRs as the eighth-best defense against the position.
For that reason, he is on the low-end of the WR2 rankings. Russell Wilson finger is expected to be back for Seattle, so Lockett's rest-of-season outlook gets a huge boost. However, it remains to be seen if Wilson's accuracy will be affected, and Lockett has been a boom-or-bust player even with him in the lineup. As we've seen this year, his floor is extremely low, but his ceiling is a top-three finish.
With Wilson, you're surely inserting him into your lineups, but just know he carries risk. Heading into the matchup with Kansas City, Green Bay was the seventh-best defense against WRs and then held Tyreek Hill to just 37 yards on four catches. Order has been restored in LA, and Allen is once again the No.
He has 24 targets over the last two games and has caught 18 of them for yards and a touchdown. Follow Erik Frenz on Twitter by clicking the link here. In a breakout sophomore season, Josh Freeman has been gold at home.
After a week in which he struggled with a 46 percent completion rate, yards and a touchdown, look for Freeman to bounce back against a Falcons pass defense that's been soft, allowing yards per game through the air and 19 total touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks.
Garrard had a nice outing against the New York Giants last week despite a losing effort for the Jaguars. He accounted for passing yards, 41 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown, while throwing an interception. He probably won't enjoy much success against a Titans defense that held the Jaguars to just three points in their first meeting, which was at Jacksonville.
Now playing in Nashville, the Titans could get their feet back under them after a few unfavorable performances. Cassel had a career day against the Seattle Seahawks last week, with yards and four touchdowns. He now has the pleasure of facing division rival Denver, which has allowed an average of yards per game through the air and has forfeited 23 passing touchdowns. It should be another field day for Cassel, who has been finding Dwayne Bowe for touchdowns with ease over the past few weeks.
After a lackluster performance against the Buffalo Bills of all teams, Big Ben has the displeasure of facing the vicious Ravens defense which ranks in the top 10 against the pass. One of the keys to San Diego's impressive turnaround has been the performance of the running game. With Ryan Mathews injured, the majority of the carries have gone to Mike Tolbert over the past couple of weeks, and he's pleased owners with plus rushing yards and a touchdown in each of his past two games.
Look for a similar, or even better performance this week against a Raiders run defense that ranks 28th overall and allows an average of 4.
The year-old hauled in eight of his 15 targets for yards and a touchdown across the first seven weeks of the season, and he should compete for targets with Hunter Renfrow, Bryan Edwards and Zay Jones in Las Vegas. Jackson recently asked for and was granted his release from the Rams, and a new landing spot has emerged for the year pro. Jackson displayed field-stretching ability as a year-old in L. Now that he's available on the open market and is able to sign at a more palatable salary, Jackson should have at least a few suitors for his services.
In his limited opportunities with the Rams prior to being let go, Jackson proved that he's still capable of being a big-play threat; three of his eight receptions this season have gone for plus yards. Jackson was let go by the Rams on Tuesday, Stu Jackson of the team's official site reports.
After it emerged last week that the Rams were seeking a trade partner for Jackson, the year-old speedster was held out of this past Sunday's win at Houston. With the trade deadline now passed, L. If no other team makes a claim, Jackson will get the chance to sign with any organization. Through seven games with the Rams, he gathered in eight of 15 targets for yards and one touchdown.
Jackson was held out Week 8 at Houston after it was revealed in the lead-up to the contest that a trade was being pursued by both the team and Jackson's agent. Nothing surfaced in the ensuing days, however, and with the trade deadline in the rearview mirror, the Rams will move on from their offseason investment.
Assuming he doesn't find a new home via that process, he'll have an opportunity to sign elsewhere. Jackson rest has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Houston, with coach Sean McVay relaying that the wide receiver will be held out of action while he pursues a trade. Jackson presumably wants more playing time after taking just four snaps in the Week 7 win over Detroit. Second-year wideout Van Jefferson finished the contest with season highs for snap share 94 percent and targets seven , but the Rams could also look to get rookie speedster Tutu Atwell involved as a replacement for Jackson off the bench.
Jackson had a yard touchdown in Week 3 and a yard gain in Week 5, but he's taken 21 or fewer snaps in every game this season, including just four in the Week 7 win over Detroit.
Coach Sean McVay has left no doubt about his preference for second-year wideout Van Jefferson, who finished the Week 7 contest with season highs for snap share 94 percent and targets seven. Jackson failed to haul in his lone target during Sunday's win over Detroit.
